Fantastic experience. Great communication and trustworthy. Jared was fantastic to deal with. This was not an easy move at all. The car was about 1,000 feet from Mexico in a very remote part of Texas 2200 miles away from me. The broker I had used in the past was sold to M****y. I called M*****y and in about 30 seconds knew that there was no way I was letting some overseas call center handle it. Then I read their reviews, all 5 star fakes and it seemed like 1 start real one. Exclusive Auto Shipping, in my mind, is the absolute best! This had to be the easiest, smoothest and fastest experience shipping a vehicle across the country (from Illinois to Washington state)! I had previously gotten the ball rolling with a couple of other well known “big name” auto transport companies to ship my brand new, newly purchased Chevy Silverado 1500 RST truck once the sale was finalized with the dealership in Illinois. However, the final sale did not go through until very late Friday afternoon, so it looked like I was going to have to wait until Monday to secure the transport (and even then, Monday would not be a guaranteed pick up date), but I saw Exclusive Auto Shipping on a Google search, and after reviewing their great reviews, decided to give them a call on a last minute whim—I am so glad I did! Despite some technological problems with his communication equipment (which honestly made me start to doubt my decision as it created an initial choppy phone conversation), Jared was phenomenal! He was easy to talk to, down to earth, and straightforward in his plan to transport my vehicle safely, and as expeditiously as possible. I literally spoke with him Friday evening (after the dealership in Illinois was already closed), and Jared was still able to have my truck picked up the following morning (Saturday) as soon as the dealership opened and had my truck delivered to me in Washington state by Tuesday morning! No hiccups, no bumps, no problems—the truck was unblemished and in perfect condition. Mind you, this is a brand new, just off the dealership lot, Chevy Silverado 1500 RST Black Widow Limited Edition with a 6” lift (I attached a couple of pics for reference—wish I would have snapped a pic when it was being delivered, but I forgot)! It is considered a very rare, specialized, oversized, luxury truck. For Jared at Exclusive Auto Shipping—no problem! I highly recommend this company! Also, I must give props to the actual shipping company, Vyrado Logistics, LLC—their driver, Dima, was fantastic! He kept in communication with me throughout the transport, as did Jared—great team! Oh, and the price was very reasonable (in the exact same range as the other companies I had previously contacted), especially given the rarity and size of my truck as well as the incredible turnaround time! There were no surprise fees or additional charges at all—I paid exactly what I was quoted from the beginning. That is refreshing!

I highly recommend Jared! He was responsive, made the process easy to understand and got me a price I could trust. (I didn’t realize how big of a scam business auto transport can be). My car arrived safely and the carrier/driver he found was super nice!

Wow, what an easy, effortless, quick transaction! Had another broker miss a pickup date, then pickup my truck on too small a trailer, then miss a pickup date again 2x. After much frustration, I found Jared on Reddit and shot him a text. Immediate response, secured a driver who picked up my car literally within an hour, and had it delivered from South Florida to Southern California in under 5 days.

Was able to do everything by text and email while taxiing on a plane from the gate to the runway. Couldn’t have asked for a more efficient and trouble-free transaction.

First time shipping a vehicle. I had purchased from a dealer in California and needed it brought to Iowa. Found this place while looking at a few Reddit posts trying to find someone reliable.

Filled out the quote form on the website and Jared called me within the hour. He walked me through everything I should expect for the process. As a broker, he outlined his flat pricing upfront so I knew exactly what I was paying for before I even had the car available.

Once I was able to arrange pickup, I reached out to Jared again with more concrete details. He was able to get me three competitive quotes in less than an hour. we decided on a carrier and estimated pick up and delivery dates. Jared sent me all of the information on the carrier that he had, like USDOT info, insurance coverage, dispatcher and driver info for peace of mind and to show the carrier was legit.

From here, Jared was available to answer any of the questions I had about what was happening and kept tabs on the status of the pick up, transportation, and delivery of my vehicle up until I had the keys in my hand.
